Montis is a tall storage cabinet in solid Bosnian oak with two doors, shelves and two drawers, on angled oak legs. It uses rustic-grade oak, so knots, grain and natural colour variation are part of every piece.

The doors open with a push-to-open system, so there are no handles on the front. Concealed metal tubes inside the doors keep them straight and limit movement of the wood. The front edges are bevelled at 45°, and wooden aprons stiffen the carcass. The bevels and angled legs follow the Montis sideboard, so the two work together in one room.

The surface is finished with protective oil that brings out the grain. Grain, knots and shade vary from piece to piece; these are characteristics of solid oak, not finishing defects.

It measures 90 cm wide, 180 cm high and 45 cm deep. The cabinet weighs around 100 kg, so plan for two people to carry and place it.

Available in natural oak, light brown, brown and dark brown. Made by MIAM in Fojnica, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
